Fundstück: How to set the http proxy in the emulator?

Wer sich schon gewundert hat, wieso der Android-Emulator die Proxy-Einstellungen nicht aus den Java-Einstellungen ausliest, hier die Antwort: Es geht noch gar nicht.

Unfortunately setting a proxy is not currently supported. We’re aware of this issue and working on it. Look for a fix coming soon.
